How long will my order take to arrive?

Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Commissioned pieces will have a longer turnaround time, which will be discussed with you before work begins.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I create bespoke watercolour illustrations, sea glass artwork and embroidery. Visit the Commissions page to start your enquiry.

Can I personalise my order?

Many pieces can be personalised. If you're looking for something specific, please get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss your ideas.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I mainly ship within the UK. If you're based overseas, please get in touch before ordering and I'll do my best to help.

Are your products handmade?

Original artworks, sea glass pieces and embroidery are all individually designed and handmade by me in Norfolk.

Prints and greeting cards are professionally printed from my original artwork to ensure the highest quality while making my designs more accessible.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Absolutely! If your order is a gift, let me know and I'll happily include a handwritten message at no extra cost.
